All shows will be taking place at the Brooklyn Museum Grounds (Washington Ave & Eastern Parkway) The shows will go on rain or shine. Doors open at 7pm for the evening shows starting at 8:00pm. AUG. 28 -Thursday

Big BRASS JamFest &

Ole Mas Competition - 8pm

Band competition from Trinidad and Tobago

Male & Female Character of the Band Competition

Kids Show - 12-4pm

"Stay in School",

For Kids and open to all Kids

Junior Panorama Competition, Calypso, Reggae, Dance Troupe

International Night - 8pm-until

Salsa, Latin, Haitian, Chutney, Soca, and Jazz Bands Performing

AUG. 29 - Friday

Steel Band Panorama - 8pm-until

Competition of all Steel Bands


AUG. 30 - Saturday

Kiddy Parade - 10am-5pm Starts at 10am. Assemble at St. Johns Pl, then moves North on Kingston towards Fulton St. then West on Fulton to Franklin Ave then South to President St, West on President St to the Brooklyn Museum ENDS AT THE BROOKLYN MUSEUM GROUNDS

 

AUG. 31 - Sunday

Kids Event - 1-5pm

Competition for King and Queen Band, Male/Female Character Competition

Grand Finale/Dimanche Gras - 8pm-until

King and Queen competition, Calypso competitors and top bands with guest stars

 

SEPT. 1 - Monday

Grand Parade & Street Festival - 10am- 6pm

Parade begins at Utica and Eastern Parkway, ends at Grand Army Plaza

Live Program in front of reviewing stand at Brooklyn Museum 11am -6pm

Featuring:

Delicious food, great bands, wonderful music, and fabulous costumes
