NOTTING HILL CARNIVAL TRANSIT GUIDE
Overview: Many revelers will find the Tube quite crowded. Road closures affect some bus routes. There will be extra trains and last services will be at weekday times. Buy your return ticket round-trip to help speed up your journey home. You might wish to consider riding a bicycle.

Take the Tube-- the Underground Subway:

Stations in the Carnival area

  • Station closed - Ladbroke Grove on both Sunday and Monday (possibly Saturday)
  • Less congested - Royal Oak and Latimer Road. Both are only 5 to 7 minutes walk from the Carnival.
  • Temporary Closures: There are other open stations close to the Carnival. Tube stations can close if they become too congested for safety reasons.

Last year Westway Sports Centre (just off Bramley Road, W10), Crowthorne Road, London W10 6RP. suggested itself as a good spot for 150 cars. RING 0181 969 0992 for details.
